A multi-unit condominium building on South 41st Street in Wilmington needed a full roof and siding replacement.
We put the new architectural shingle roof on first, then stripped the old siding back to the house wrap and finished the walls in new light blue lap siding with white trim. The result is a consistent, updated exterior on every side of the building.

Condo Roof and Siding Replacement in Wilmington: The Details
This is not one simple box. The building is two storeys of offset townhouse sections, with single-storey bay roofs at the front entries and shed roofs over the back patios. That gives it a lot of places where a roof runs into a wall, and each one has to be flashed so water is carried away from the siding.
Where two shingled roofs meet a sided wall, the new roof has step flashing and a small cricket to turn the water. The roof vents through box vents, and each plumbing pipe has its own boot. While the old siding was off, the walls showed Everbilt and Aspire house wrap.
