We built a new detached garage on this property in Lake Waccamaw. The job started with a graded sand pad and an access track through the fence line, then a concrete slab with the wall plates fixed straight to it.
Our crew framed the stud walls on the slab, sheathed the building and wrapped it in house wrap, set two new double-hung windows in the gable end, then ran new lap siding along every side. It was finished in grey paint with white trim.
